Agenda

1. To receive and confirm Minutes of the Annual General Meeting of the Company held on 30 July 2018.
2. To receive a report from GPA Chairman, GPA Board and GPA Policy Council subcommittees.
3. To receive and consider the GPA Financial Statements for the year ended 31 March 2019.
4. To appoint the company’s auditor for the 2019-20 year.
5. To appoint three Directors to the GPA Board:
  • Two for the Northern Region
  • One for the Western Region
Nominations must be received at admin@grainproducers.com.au by the COB Wednesday 5 June, 2019.
6. Resolutions
7. To transact any other business which may be brought forward in conformity with the Constitution of the Company.

If members are unable to attend the meeting, voting can be cast by power of proxy through the attached Proxy voting form, or through that member’s attorney.
