Australia’s grain industry is demanding a rethink of the Federal Government proposal to introduce a 10 per cent biosecurity levy. So too , is the National Farmers Federation and other agricultural groups. So, with biosecurity incursions likely to cost billions of dollars, why the opposition to fund preparedness?
