A number of key appointments across the grains industry have been announced in November, with FarmOnline providing a comprehensive roundup.
Among, the announcements was Grain Producers Australia announcing the appointment of a new independent director in Cindy Cassidy.
Ms Cassidy is currently a director of the Southern NSW Drought Resilience Adoption and Innovation Hub and has also held positions such as chief executive of FarmLink Research, and senior positions at Wheat Quality Australia and at the Australian Wheat Board (AWB).
GPA chair Barry Large said Cindy was well known for her dedication to agriculture and improving outcomes for growers.
"We are thrilled to welcome Cindy to the GPA Board," he said.
