Grower understanding and use of autonomous farm machinery technology on their farms is the focus of a survey open now.
Grain Producers Australia is behind the survey as a part of its three-year partnership with the Tractor and Machinery Association of Australia and the Society of Precisions Agriculture Australia.
The five-minute online survey is one of the key initiatives behind the partnership that aims to support the adoption of autonomous farm machinery into Australia, with an accompanying Code of Practice.
GPA Research, Development and Extension Spokesperson Andrew Weidemann encouraged grain growers to take part and help inform the work of the industry to own and lead adoption of this growing technology.
